Phase 1: Digital Yatra (Quarterly)
- Objective: To provide participants (Yatris) with 15 essential skills that they can use to monetize their talents.
- Frequency: Every three months (4 times a year) followed by one session of BIKE YATRA.
- Format: Online sessions, webinars, interactive workshops, and peer-to-peer learning.
- Outcome: Participants acquire new skills, receive certification, and prepare for monetization opportunities.
- Potential Skills: Digital marketing, coding, business development, content creation, public speaking, leadership, and other high-demand skills.
- Tools: Online learning platforms, live sessions, e-certificates, and progress tracking for participants.
Phase 2: Bike Yatra (District-Level)
- Objective: After four successful digital yatras, transition to on-ground engagement in specific districts of one or more states.
- Frequency: After every four successful DIGITAL YATRAs. (Twice in a Year)
- Format: A physical "Bike Yatra" with stops at different cities/districts of a specific state.
- Activities at Each Stop:
- Live workshops
- Skill demonstration events
- Local entrepreneurship showcases
- Community-building events with local NGOs and stakeholders
- Duration: Could be a week-long tour or 10-15 days, depending on the route.
- Outcome: Deeper community impact, participant exposure to ground realities, and practical learning experiences.
Phase 3: Statewide BUS YATRA
- Objective: Empower successful Yatris from previous phases to become trainers/mentors for others.
- Frequency: In the Next Phase of a Successful BIKE YATRA. (Twice in a Year)
- Format: Mentors (former successful Yatris) will travel across the country by Bus to host *skill classes, training camps, and knowledge-sharing sessions at select event venues.
- Target Audience: Aspiring entrepreneurs, students, and community members interested in upgrading their skills.
- Activities:
- Skill-building bootcamps
- Workshops led by past Yatris-turned-mentors
- Success stories and case study presentations
- Outcome: A pool of change-makers and mentors is created, each having gone through the earlier phases of Digital and Bus Yatras.
Phase 4: National Yatra with Role Model Mentors (By TRAIN)
- Objective: Similar to Jagriti Yatra, but with a critical difference — the *Role Model Mentors (past Yatris who became successful entrepreneurs) will take the lead.
- Frequency: In the Next Phase of a Successful BUS YATRA. (Once in a Year)
- Format: A countrywide journey with stops at selected venues where mentors will train new participants and Yatris.
- Focus Areas: Advanced skills, leadership, success stories, and entrepreneurship.
- Activities:
- Large-scale workshops
- Expert talks and motivational sessions
- Partnership with local NGOs and social institutions
- Outcome: A full-circle mentorship-driven movement that scales impact across the country and builds a sustainable system of community-driven capacity building.
